Bloxtone Affordable Housing is designed around a simple objective: produce more of the building in a controlled factory environment so less work has to be completed from the ground up on the construction site. Repeatable concrete components can be manufactured for apartment buildings and other housing developments while still allowing projects to include different unit sizes, layouts, and architectural designs.

Repeatable manufacturing can help affordable housing projects move from design into construction with greater consistency. Structural components can be produced according to a coordinated sequence while openings, reinforcement, and service requirements are prepared in advance, reducing the amount of work that must be completed or corrected after the components reach the site.
The system can accommodate a range of apartment sizes and layouts within the same development, helping affordable housing providers respond to different household needs. Studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and family-sized units can be planned within a coordinated structural system while maintaining flexibility in interior arrangement and building design.
Factory production can be coordinated with site preparation so completed components are delivered when they are needed and installed in a planned sequence. This approach can shorten the period of intensive structural work on site, reduce material handling and congestion, and help affordable housing projects progress more predictably toward enclosure and interior completion.
Bloxtone’s affordable housing concept is intended to combine durable concrete construction with a more organized method of building delivery. By coordinating design, production, transportation, and assembly, the system can support housing organizations, municipalities, and developers working to increase housing supply while maintaining flexibility in building and unit design.
By combining repeatable factory production with adaptable residential design, Bloxtone provides a platform that can be applied to affordable housing developments of different sizes. The same coordinated building system can support individual projects as well as larger housing programs where consistent production and efficient delivery become increasingly important.
